Nitro cocktails are our specialty. We are the only dedicated liquid nitrogen bar in New Zealand. We make Nitro cocktails using liquid nitrogen and rapidly freeze your cocktail at -196 degrees C and turn it into an alcoholic sorbet or ice cream.
Nitro cocktails are made to be shared but the keen enthusiast will want their own!
