I had the misfortune to have lunch today at the No.1 Queen St Cafe and Bar. I took advantage of the superb location to enjoy the sun, unfortunately the same couldn’t be said for either the service which was abysmal nor the food which took 10-15 mins to arrive and was cold in the middle. The explanation given as to why it had taken so long to get our food was that one of the dishes had fallen on the floor had to be reheated!! Really, and yet it was still served. The coffee was unpalatable and the bottle of coke came without a glass. We complained but the wait staff was too busy listening to his ipod to comprehend our level of dissatisfaction and I gathered that he didn’t really care.
