This was our first real experience with mexican food, hence the only reason I haven’t given it 5 stars, as nothing else to compare it to!
We ordered a chicken taco platter, ground beef quesadilla and a palm spring’s grilled chicken burrito over the phone. Popped in to pick it up and all ready in 10 minutes
Walking in to the store I was seriously impressed with both the friendly, knowledgable staff, and how fresh all the food looked, something that seems to be quite rare these days!
Everything was delicious, the qeusadilla being a stand-out. Super fresh, tasty and filling and not the least bit greasy. We really liked the ‘rice and beans’ too.
After living overseas, we’ve been struggling to find quick and healthy take-out for a while now, so we’re stoked to have finally found the Original California Burrito Company. You can choose from flour or wheat tortillas, plus there are options for vegetarians and vegans (tofu sour cream anyone?) too! We will definitely be back!
