I’m surprised to read the bad reviews. I really enjoyed my food every time I went – and so did others I went with. The flavour was right, the consistency was as well and I am giving them a big thumbs up for not using MSG!

Went there to use the Voucher from Entertainment book, the guy calculated the wrong discounts – we found out and talked to him, he gave us the refund, Should have been more careful. The boxed food is OK, good for value if you are after a quick cheap take away Japanese food.

Went to Otto Woo for the first time. I’m vegetarian so there was not much to chose from but I decided on the Little Otto (since I wanted wonton and a spring roll). Unfortunately this was way way too salty for me and I couldnt eat the noodles or veges. On the other-hand, my friends had the chili-chicken and the chicken bok choy and thought they were awesome! Great fresh tasting flavors. Next time I will be ordering the chicken bok choy without the chicken =)

Flavorless food. Terrible. If you are really that hungry go two doors down. You’re in Ponsonby you have choice, choose somewhere else.
If you eat here you’ll kick yourself as you’ll end up buying dinner twice, I did. Heed my warning!!
