We are reasonably regular visitors to Marahau and return again and again to the Park Cafe. That a restaurant at the ‘end of the line’ right on a National Park can consistently produce such quality food with the stunning herbs and flavours they use never ceases to amaze me. It is a truly great place and every year we have met new wonderful staff working there who to a person have been charming and welcoming and given us excellent service. The food is stunning and the atmosphere terrific. I would highly recommend it – especially in the evenings.

Called in for brunch. We both had the omelette, very good and I was pleased to see it came with toast, too many places serve without. Nice setting with good views and large bi-fold windows. Friendly staff, and good service, although the coffee was a bit slow, but as it was Christmas it was very busy.
