I regularly visit Pepe’s. I usually get two pizzas..jumbo italian and large seafood. God they are tasty. Ok, these are not cheap pizzas, but they are certainly worth the price. The team is friendly and professional…and they always have the cricket on the telly. I strongly recommend a visit if you like the good stuff!

Pepe’s is fantastic, they have a wide selection to choose from and the toppings are always fresh and tasty. The dessert pizza’s are awesome also.
In terms of the decor, this is a good old pizza joint and they shouldn’t change a thing, it is all part of the charm.

I go to Pepes with friends every few months and we get exactly what we expect. Tasty pizza at a good price, warm atmosphere and friendly staff.
Pepes could do with an upgrade of the decor but then it wouldn’t be the Hutt institution that it is.
There’s a wide variety of pizzas and sides and the ingredients on the pizzas are ample.
I recommend the seafood pizza.

Can’t imagine any other place to eat Pizza. The prices scare you, but the flavours are amazing. The only gripes? The waiters are there to learn the art of Pizza making, they don’t seem to have enthusiasm for the front of house. But it’s the Pizza you are there for! Other gripe? – The amount of exercise I would need to do to get through the whole menu!

You don’t go to Pepe’s for the fine dining. The owner employs young lads. They make pizzas. Waiters they aren’t. And the dining room is basic, loud and hot but that doesn’t stop people spilling out onto the outside seating area. Try getting a table on a Friday or Saturday!! What people come for are the delicious hand made pizzas. A crispy, tasty base is the star rather than just a holder for the toppings, so much so, that my favourite is the garlic pizza with parmesean. A great alternative to generic factory pizzas, well worth the extra price. Just if you prefer a quiet relaxing environ… take out.
Its lucky the pizza was tasty as the service was abysmal, the general look and feel of the place was awful. I recommend picking up your pizza and leaving without looking around too carefully.
