4 Reviews for Pizza Hut
Went there for child’s birthday. Staff absolutely fabulous but what a dirty place! Tables sticky, plates dirty, door to leave (and enter) filthy, kitchen area floor dirty and food scraps under preparation area. Just really run down. Would NEVER go back!
I had the misfortune to book a table for my granddaughter’s birthday tea (4 adults and 7 children). Unfortunately when we arrived at the time booked, there was hardly any food available from the buffet – a couple of slices of pizza, no pasta salad, no fries. When a pizza eventually came to the buffet table, the children had a piece each and that was it gone. We had to request that some chips be provided (twice). When we complained to the Manager he was rude and said he “didn’t know it would be busy”.We will never be back. This is the worst dining room I have ever been in.The Manager ought to be ashamed of himself.
we went to Pizza Hut in Northlands for my birthday and thoroughly enjoyed our time. We chose the buffet deal, scoffing down a variety of pizzas and side dishes. The service as we entered was enthusiastic and warm. We stayed for about 1.5 hours until we had no more room in our belly’s. A great way to celebrate a birthday!
