Everything about this place looks like it needs a good wash, from the kitchen to the staff. Regretted my order as we were waiting for it to be cooked and we watched the interaction of the staff. Very unprofessional. The pizza was average and much smaller than we were expecting. Such a shame as I usually love pizza hut. Never again-in Whangarei. Go elsewhere!

For marks out of ten the food would get a -1, it is really that bad. Without exception we all had tummy upsets after dining there. We dined 3rd June 09.
They allow ANY sub – standard of dress so it really isn’t a good place to take children now.

Best advice is: AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

the pizza is very nice and all the people are friendly which is great for the kids.
i had a very bad experiance there with a young pizza maker though.he was extremly rude and over charged me and my father.he had course language.
but it was okay..
