This deli is super cool! In fact it is so cool that the people who work there sometimes forget that they’re supposed to serve you and instead make you feel like you’re interrupting them in being amazingly beautiful live accessories in the super funky designed environment that is queen Sally’s diamond deli. maybe if the interior design which contributes to the overall ejaculatory atmosphere was a little less desperate to be cool, trendy and hip the people who are supposed to work there would actually do just that: work but unfortunatley this is not the case. Don’t take my word for it though…. Go there, have a mediocre coffee and experience it for yourself. It will be a memorable experience…

We have been regular coffee drinkers since the cafe opened. It was one of the best coffee’s in Wellington but it has went markedly downhill since employing a new barista. The coffee is nowhere near as good as it used to be and the service has degraded somewhat since the new barista is very loud and very in your face, not all patrons appreciate this. Its a a shame as it was a great place for a quiet coffee, alas no more.

Excellent coffee, and the salads are always really tasty. Hard to get a seat in the weekends. Service is normally pretty good, but can be slow if there is a rush of people. Be patient and you will find it’s worth the wait!!
