Really wonderful little cafe in the heart of Napier, new management have really spruced the place up. New menu is excellent and varied with some great sharing platters, great coffee and the staff were all incredibly helpful on my visit.
Will be back time and time again!

- Raffles Cafe has been refurbished to bring in better tables, new umbrellas, a new, safer outdoor patio area, planter boxes and the music gives the place atmosphere.
- There’s now a food display cabinet along with the blackboard menu at Raffles and a redesigned customer flow making it just work better all round.
