Don’t like writing negative reviews but the food I received today was just unacceptable. Being a student I thought I’d take advantage of the lunch special which I came to regret soon after…

My naan didn’t taste fresh and had a rubbery texture like it was stale and had been reheated (which explains the microwave sound heard at the back..never a good sign.) and the curry side of my container was only half full, it was also unusually salty and didn’t taste very fresh either.

Won’t be returning.

The lady at the counter was very very friendly. Excellent contemporary style Indian dishes at reasonable prices

Nice variety of items on the menu.

Excellent food. We picked up Kadai Paneer and Paneer Tikka Masala. Superb Naan bread. All in all a great evening.

My son is a very fussy eater and he too gave thumps up. Great place to dine out or takeaways. Highly recommended.

$6.99 lunch special seemed like good value for money. We placed a large order to be delivered to a workplace, were advised that the numbers were achievable and a time was set. The food arrived an hour and half late, it was lukewarm and the order was incorrect.
The food was tasty, the meat was tender and the medium lamb madras was pretty mild.
Customer service was unacceptable and this restaurant will miss out on repeat business because of the delivery shambles.

Excellent good, awesome value for money and the food always tastes good. The naan bread is to die for one of the best in Auckland. I am a regular and can vouch that this is a jewel and should be truly tried at least once.

Their curries are not the best in all honesty, but they sure make a good tandoori chicken! So i’ll rate their tandoori chicken as a 4 star, while their curries are a 2 star.

I must say Rajwadi is the dark secret hidden in the long as dominion road…

Not a very recommended place to eat if you are looking forward to great Indian food. Even though it is very affordable, it is not worth it.

Affordable meals, but they really skimp on the ingredients, almost tastes like they water down their curries. I won’t be going back here any time soon.
