Went here with my husband on a voucher and enjoyed our time. The place although nicely decorated seemed a bit worn – perhaps because it becomes a bar later? Didn’t know before but you can tell! Staff very friendly. Our waiter said “Excuse me” before he put anything on our table. He didn’t need to but we found it somewhat sweet! Food was great and very quick. Mains better than entree and garlic naan was the best id ever had! Wow! Very very cheap prices and good weeknight deals so would recommend for a couple or small group wanting a cheap tasty eat in downtown.

Came here tonight and thoroughly enjoyed it – excellent service from our waiter, our meals arrived hot, quickly, and all at the same time. Food was delicious; I had the googley masala. The portion sizes were also very generous so left feeling satisfied! I recommend Raviz Customs St if you’re looking for something affordable and easy around the viaduct

the only problem was we ordered a non veg platter for 2, but there’re no lamb cutlets as it list on the menu, either they ran out or too expensive? but will go there again just for the food and service.

Great food shame about the situation,

My wife and I walked into a deserted restaurant around 9pm, I asked if they were open and they said yes and ushered us in, the staff were very friendly and service was excellent but as soon as we sat and ordered the other members of staff started clearing all the tables and chairs to leave just us in the middle of the floor.

When I paid the manager apologised that they were setting up the bar for later at night, as said very friendly and great food, but if you are closed stay closed don’t try to sap a few more dollars out of people, we felt very uneasy and for that reason will not return.

We preordered with a few hours of notice for 20 people for a 1pm lunch today. The first meal arrived at about 1:40pm and the when the last arrived that person was already back at the office. When the first round that were served had finished, the last of us had not been served.

Ravis if you can’t handle large groups don’t take preorders.

If only I had read the previous review which says this place can’t handle large groups. I completely agree.

Avoid.

I came across Raviz Viaduct three months ago when I went to dinner with my wife, we thought food and place were good and decided to come back again for lunch with our families. Raviz advertised for one of those daily deals sites, which we purchased and came back for lunch with group of 17 people. We found the service disappointing, the manager insisted to bring the starters late because we were waiting on couple more guests, all other guests made their orders but the food was still delayed for them. There was another birthday party for another group who happens to be friends with the staff and they kept busy serving them than us. I had to insist that they bring out the starters at least as some of our guest were getting hungry and they had other arrangements. Finally when the food came out some of it was cold

I thought that was a one off experience and considered booking the place for new years eve, the owner organised time to meet me, but he did not turn up nor he apologised. I don’t think I would recommend Raviz Viaduct for friends or family.
