Nice place, popped in for dinner. Not too loud, ability to checkout the hospital/ambulances leaving it is a novelty.
Food was very good and priced reasonably well. Parking was easy(straight outside)

We came for brunch and as always were served a beautiful meal with exceptional coffee. The service was faultless. The big winners were the smashed potatoes and homemade beans. Delish! Although more pricey than some the food is always of a high standard with the eggs always cooked to perfection.

I had a lovely eggs Benedict, but to be honest it was over priced (18.50) so I won’t be going back.

A group of us popped in for coffee and cake during the very busy Newtown Fair. The Recovery Room is a little haven from city life, with its casual decor and excellent food and coffee. Service was very efficient – smiles all round, especially for the decadent chocolate cake.
