In general the way staff talked to us was very rude and will not be going back. They had no other customers and there was no reason to act like that towards customers. Have found Robert Harris in the past to have great service, so is a shame this one is letting them down

Simply asked one staff to add a little more chocolate into my iced chocolate, and she refused, reason is Robert Harris has certain standard in making beverages#^$%(&)

Liked a Robert Harris I visited last week so decided to try this one as I was right outside visiting a customer nearby.
Just like last weeks visit, very nice cafe ambience, lovely food and a wonderful person serving behind the counter.
Good coffee too!
