The Vietnamese Pho is top and makes for exciting eating and time of the day, from brunch or an early dinner. It reminds me of when I was in Vietnam. Recommend you try the Vietnamese coffee as well for a real authentic experience.

I regularly have brunch at the weekends at either the new Petone cafe and also Lower Hutt. For a change I try the “everything omelette”. Ask for one of their bread rolls instead of toast, they work well together.
I always enjoy their Ripe coffee.

a group of us from work went there a few weeks ago and it was okay, the food was well cooked and there was plenty of it. The only thing that wasn’t so great was that they brought it all out at once, even for those who hadn’t arrived yet – so there food wasn’t hot.
They make the best vogel, chicken salad sandwiches though.

AWEFUL!!! First off, the coffee tasted like it was made on a grill, then they were brought out one at a time not and didnt inform us what kind of coffee it was so until she finally brought out the second cup and by then my friend drank half of mine thinking it was his! We ordered the pancakes with banana and bacon, nice simple order, how could you go wrong with that? Well let me tell you…. the syrup tasted like sugar water, the bananas were pure mush and the pancakes werent even cooked properly!!!! It was like eating a slab of dough covered in sugar! I felt nauseous after two bites! Never ever ever again!
