Ordered the Crispy Pork Belly from the menu, which was very tender and juicy. Can’t say it was crispy at all though, as the menu described. The meal was served in a large bowl which made it a little difficult to cut the meat. It would have been better served on a flat plate. The bok choy served on top was crunchy and the flavours of the sweet sauce captured within, exploded when bitten into. On its own the pork was salty, but the salt taste was balanced with the bok choy and neutral bean sprouts.
The portion was too small for me, so a side dish is advised. Service was efficient but check your bill before you pay.
