I had never been to an Indian restaurant before but have been to many since my experience at Sangams; The experience and taste i got from Sangams was the best, their naan bread was exceptional and been trying to recreate at home but never the same; The service was good needs meet the hole way thru dining, can not wait to go back again!

I eat here once a month usually. The food is excellent. By far the best Indian in Napier.

We ordered a takeaway from here and were very disappointed with the food. My partner had a madras and I had a korma and they tasted exactly the same. Mine just had a splash of cream on the top. The flavours were not authentic, it was just boring bland generic tasting curry. I could have made the same with a few spoons of Pam’s curry paste (no offensive Pam’s). A curry house for people who don’t actually like curry that much.
