Sapporo offers a truly unique dining experience with its wide range of authentic and modern Japanese A La Carte dishes. Fresh raw fish is supplied daily so we can present you with some of the best Sushi and Sashimi in Sydney. Our experienced Chefs select special dishes monthly in addition to our regular menu. With the increase of gluten intolerance in the population we also have a special coeliac (Gluten free) menu.

So glad I found this little gem hiding away in Albany!
Came in on March 24th with a bunch of friends for my birthday and we were absolutey stoked with our first Sapporo experience. Great service and amazing food for a real decent price – My meal only came to 12bux and I was stuffed.
Will definitely be going back there – Highly recommend!

Best and freshest Japanese we have had in a long time.
Very reasonably priced, yummy Japanese Tapas ranging from $5-15 per dish
We ordered Udon soup, Salmon sushi (best sushi I may have ever tasted), Teriyaki Chicken Donburi & Chicken Kara-age.
Total food bill $33 for 2 people.
Will definitely go back soon and recommend to others!

The service was very good and the staff extremely helpful and polite. Fantastic food and good value. Four of us came away with a bill of $110 incl drinks. Can’t remember how many dishes we ordered but we left feeling very satisfied. Will definitely be going back again.

We had a fantastic meal at Sapporo. Really beautiful food, very quick and friendly service. The food was very fresh and very well presented. Some of the nicest Japanese I have had in a while. Highly recommended.

Went there tonight as had a pleasant experience a couple of years ago. What a disappointment! It has certainly gotten a lot busier and that could be the reason that my sushis took nearly 20 minutes to arrive after prompting them. My companion’s teriyaki chicken was not on a sizzling plate like a lot of other Japanese restaurants have done and is small in quantity.Staff are friendly enough but seems to have difficulties coping on a busy Monday night. I was also pushed aside by an angry customer at the cashier (this is not their fault obviously). Food is average.

We love Japanese. Simple. But the meal we had here was exceptional, we had at least 8 different items off the menu to share between two and each and every one was mouth watering, fresh and simply delicious. The service was A+ also, friendly and helpful. I’d challenge anyone to find fresher, more delicious Japanese in Auckland. Definitely going back for more.
