Award winning Executive Chef Sal Grant heads a team of eight chefs and offers Italian inspired cuisine that is both traditional and innovative – think rustic Italian with fresh local ingredients. Grant has carefully crafted the extensive menu with signature dishes like ‘Timpano’ pasta – made famous in the Italian movie ‘Big Night’ featuring Minnie Driver and Isabella Rossellini.
