I was craving a Donburi one day, and decided to try this restaurant.. I ordered teriyaki chicken donburi and recieved some tasteless chicken served on top of rice…every other japanese restaurant I have ordered this dish at serve salad between the rice and chicken and usually have more than a couple tablespoons of sauce.
Sorry, very dissappointed, wont be back :(

I havent found a meal around Franklin that is better value for money than the $15 chicken teriaki meal from here. You get miso soup, rice, chicken, salad and tempura all of which is nice. I also frequently get my sushi from here and enjoy it. Staff are friendly and meals dont take long to come out.

We thought we’d give this place a try. I wish we hadn’t. I ordered the Sukiyaki. It was served in a flaming hot pot with a bowl of rice on the side. When the lid was removed the smell took me back a bit. Inside was various bits of seafood..mussels, scallops, fish cake, fake crab and a knot of tough beef. The fish bits was gray and looked unappetizing. There was some shreds of cabbage and the broth. The fish bits were revolting, tough, and I got the feeling it was a frozen seafood mix bagged up and imported from China, dumped into the broth and heated. My husband had the Pork Katsu. It was off coloured and grisly. Served with dry salad, rice and miso soup. The rice was rather gummy and tasted “old”. Not good at all.
