Great Food, Great Service, GREAT Prices! Mains are very generous, Alcohol is cheap as chips
by far one of my favorite places to eat in Wellington
were catered to very well at my last visit, turning up unannounced with 6 people and got a table straight away, looked after very well, i cant fault these guys, the place was quite busy too, whatever your doing keep doing it because like charlie sheen, you are WINNING!
Reviewer007, complaining about greasy spring rolls… what do you expect its deep fried nastys… you call yourself a reviewer, you mention nothing about the fantastic range of food they offer that would cater to the most fussy of appetite, its not there fault you cant understand their menu or order something deepfried and complain its greasy?

My first visit to Siam Reap last night, for a dinner with friends. What a meal.
The ambience was fantastic, with exquisite decor and mood lighting (that wasn’t too dim).
We received great service, and ordered from a tempting selection. I can’t remember the names of the dishes, but we shared 4 between us, and they arrived within about 10-15 minutes, and pretty much at the same time. The flavours were truly out of this world, absolutely fresh, unique and delicious.
Was a Monday night so the place was quiet, I expect it may be a more bustling experience on weekend nights, but in any case, highly recommended!

Disappointing. We had booked a large table for 7 people online and when we got there, they didn’t have our booking.
It wasnt full for a Saturday night and we were able to get another table.
The waitress was nice and polite but inattentive. When we finished our meal, she was quick to take our plates away and we felt rushed and there wasn’t anyone else waiting??
The food was greasy and not enjoyable. I had spring rolls as on on-tray and they were filled with potato. Not very tasty.
The menu was difficult to understand with so many different options available.
The environment was nice but oddly quiet for a Saturday night.

Been here for lunch and dinner many times. Always great food and service. No complaints at all – keep up the good work.
Good menu to choose from.

My absolute favourite Wellington restaurant. Consistently great food, great service and great atmosphere. I eat here regularly (you have to book!). I take out of town visitors here, and regularly recommend this restaurant to others. One of those hidden treasures which unfortunately everyone is beginning to realise exists.

Went in on Friday night with the family, I had the sweet & sour Fish (I forget what it was called but it was Menu item E6…). It was lovely – quite gingery, a combination of delicious battered fish with fresh vegetables, and a beautiful sweet & sour sauce. My fussy 8 yr old had the chicken nuggets (not at all McDonald like, but actually chicken!) with a side of rice, and devoured it! My husband and son had the Satay chicken kebabs followed by Chicken Me goring, which they both absolutely loved! We finished the meal off with ice cream – lovely! The service was efficient, and the food came out promptly. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and we love the large Cambodian paintings and wooden statues. Always a wonderful experience.

I’ve been to this restaurant a couple of times and enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere there. Their salads and grilled dishes were very delicious.
