We had great service, and the dessert was yummy. The main meal was presented nicely but didn’t quite pull it together with the flavors.

My husband, daughter, and I recently went to Soho for a dinner. We are still saying wow.
The food was the work of both a talented chef and artist. The fish was juicy and full of flavour. The steak was wrapped in bacon and cooked medium rare. No one else has ever got my steak right before. Everything was arranged so nicely we were almost afraid to eat it and spoil it.
The service was top notch. The staff were friendly and interested. Both the waiter and bartender asked us how our meal was and seemed interested.
We felt as if we were eating in an expensive world famous restaurant, yet it was local and affordable.
Upon reading what is written below, I cant help but call it a pretentious review.

I visited the Soho bar and was very disappointed with the food.
The menu was full of overcomplicated and mismatched flavours that showed a lack of consideration and a naive attempt to cover all bases.
The mains menu had few choices and I felt like fish seeing we were visiting a seaside town. My tasteless snapper was wrapped in proscuitto on a bed of fetta and rocket. The bite of fetta and the pepperyness of rocket seemed appeallng but delivered neither of those flavours and the only taste evident was the prosciutto which was delicious.
The menu needs to be simplified and more attention payed to the combination of flavours rather than how many flavours you can squeeze into one meal.
Overall a very pretentious restaurant.
Very disappointing

I am so impressed with this place. A really contempoary decor and great cocktail/wine list! The food speaks volumes of the chefs passion for quality produce and inventive cuisine. The all day menu was a bonus for my wife and I as we had a hunger at 4:40pm and were able to order off the entire menu. Just great, highly recommend!

My wife and I’ve had dinner at Soho and it was really nice. Awesome food a delicious cocktail drinks. I’ve got a fish of the day that was tarakihi and it was amazing with a exotic full flavour just delicious. My wife have got The parmagiano coated chicken breast with bacon and she just loved it, congratulations!!!
