Thank you hot sauce gods!! Finally found a cafe that has some food with flare and a nice collection of hot sauces (cholula, habanero, etc). Cool laid back atmosphere, great food, and really nice people. My family and I will certainly be back!

Was in the cafe today. was so busy with the Santa Parade. We had Milk Shakes to start, waited a short while, but they were certainly worth the wait. The Quesadilla was amazing, as was the Chips guacamole and Snapper Fish Tacos. Very Cool to check out a place like this! Will certainly go back soon!

Enjoyed the scones, our coffee was delayed in being brought to us, but was very nice.

As we were from out of town, we returned later in the day and tried the milkshakes. Very good value for money and the shakes were definitely worth the return visit to try them, we will go back next time we are in Mt Maunganui

This is the one cafe off The Kitchen Job that I really wanted to go to, and we finally got there yesterday.

The nachos were the best I have ever had, the fresh salsa is great on them.

The staff were really friendly. They also didn’t charge extra for the public holiday

If we are ever in Tauranga again we will definately come back

Coffee was just OK. I like my coffees with bold flavour.
Tried my hubby’s shake, it was far too sweet… A sip past the lips and an eternity on the hips. Yuck!
The Papa Bene or what I thought would be a traditional Eggs Benedict was a bit disappointing (without an english muffin or nice thick toast). Once I got over the fact that spinach & bread was not standard in the eggs benedict, I enjoyed it. A little more hollandaise would have been better. Won’t be going back for it though – prefer bread to roasted potatoes.
Still hope to try your scones one day.

Staff are always friendly, and coffees are served with care. Breakfast Wrap is amazingly addictive!

I felt like I was trapped in the early ’90s! Awful artwork – but the scones were great!

Main street cafe is the cafe of all cafes! the food is amazing. the staff and owners are very friendly and helpful. i love going there the environment is very nice! i will carry on going there!
