they are willing to make you something not on the menu, which is great if you miss your favourite curry dish and cannot find it on a local menu

From what I have noticed during my years living in Palmerston North Spice Kitchen is very good value for money. In my opinion the food is cheaper than average; very good quality and the service is brilliant from the welcoming staff
I have tried a range of Spice Kitchens dishes and enjoyed them all however the one I cannot resist going back for more and more of is the Lamb Saagwala, it’s ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!

We’ve checked out most of the Indian takeaways in Palmy and have generally been disappointed. However Spice Kitchen is brilliant! The food is really scrummy – their butter chicken is probably the best I’ve ever had – and the service is excellent.

This has to be the best Indian take-away store in Palmerston North. They are friendly and their food is fantastic! We are hooked and eat there regularly, we’ve even got our friends hooked too. Definately worth trying even though it is quite far out of the centre of town.

Amazing food. Had Goat curry, lamb saagwala, shahi paneer,Butter chicken and their special chocolate naan all amazing.

On Friday it was our get-together and the food was from SPICE KITCHEN. Food was absolutely FANTASTIC. Everybody said best in palmy. We are indians and we don’t say best unless it is.

I wrote a review on this take away/delivery Indian kitchen back in October 2010.
I said then that I’d become a regular customer and I have.
Had a meal delivered tonight and as usual it was absolutely superb!
Good thing it’s not a Restaurant, I’d live there!

Finally Palmy has some really great Indian food…….I lived in Wellington most of my life and the Indian takeaways in Palmy have been disappointing by comparison until I discovered this place. Spice Kitchen’s food is “superb”, and their service is polite and friendly….I go there every week now. They get 5 stars for their food….you’d have to go a long way to get better

Tried a meal (home delivery) from the Spice Kitchen for the first time tonight.
Courteous and cheerful service.
Absolutely fantastic food, delivered fresh and hot.
They do half size mains which is great for trying different curries to see which ones are your favorites.
We tried 3!!!!!!!!!!
Will definitely become a regular.

The Spice Kitchen, What can I say I found this gem in Palmerston North. The food is amazing and the service is impeccable. When ever I fell like Indian food this is the only place I will go. The only down fall is it is a little pricey.

STILL THE BEST IN TOWN THOUGH

My friend from Southern India was very impressed with the food and its hard to impress her. My other half and I love the food. Everything is made from scratch. The proprietors are delightful, especially the primary school aged lovely girl that takes the orders. Great service. Hope they do well and can expand into a dine-in restaurant. Judging by the number of locals I see in there ordering their dinner now the word is getting out about Spice Kitchen.
