I was very disappointed with the portion of meat and when I queried this with the staff I was informed that was the normal amount. I asked if I could get a refund and was told not. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The meat was dry in both the pork and chicken and I will certainly no buy my dinner from here again.

Very disappointed with the quality of service and the meal. We will not be coming back here again.
After being told by a male staff member that we could have 2 different meats with our meal, when we went to place our order with the female at the counter we were told that we could not have chicken because it was ‘too messy to slice up’. She told us we could purchase chicken in halves or quarters as a separate meal but we could not have it with the pork or beef meal as ‘they don’t do that.’
The female staff member who took our order was unfriendly and grumpy. There was no ‘hi how are you’ or anything else resembling good customer service. She never smiled once.
The meal itself was also a let down. It had very little meat and far too many vegetables! We counted 9 potatoes in the one meal! The crackling was so hard, we couldn’t eat it.
We ordered the large meal and expected to get a decent serving of meat, given it’s hefty price.
Definitely not coming back here!
