It’s always fun and interesting to check out the new restaurant in town, you never know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised by Suede. If you hadn’t known it was Ferment in the past you would have never noticed it. Beautifully designed to a classy and elegant style. Always welcomed by eager, friendly and smiling staff. The menu has a fantastic selection, the plates to share are similar to tapas style and all of which I tried were divine. Followed by a stunning vegetable ravioli and chocolate fondant that more than hit the spot. I felt welcome there to sit and enjoy my bottle of Nicolas Feuillatte for as long as I please and was always checked on by staff and constantly had fresh water. Overall a relaxing and most enjoyable experience. Will certainly be returning.
