Nice restaurant, nice staff/ service so no complaints there….but the food just wasn’t as great as what I would’ve expected for the prices they charged…chicken was dry (and too small a portion)…We ended up feeling quite ripped off and while it was a ‘nice place’ we sadly wouldn’t go back there as the food was a let down..In fairness, I didn’t try their sushi so maybe that’s better perhaps…

I dont normally care to review restaurants but I was really impressed with Sushi Tomi in Westgate. We only got takeaway but the restaurant itself looks very nice and clean.

For a very fair price we got a LOT of really tasty food. The sushi was delicious, the tempura prefect. All topped with impeccable service, we’ll be going back to eat in very soon!

This place used to be our favourite Japanese restaurant. However, since March/April there have been new owners and the food isnt anywhere near as fresh. The service is terribly slow and soup is foul. What a shame.

The food’s amazing, quick, great service, and friendly atmosphere. Food is nicely presented and tastes even better. Probably the best japanese restaurant i’ve been to.

Try their takeways platters – I recommend them – they are excellent to take to parties and gatherings – always a hit and very reasonably priced with generous portions. Yum

Sushi Tomi is a fine place to dine. It’s always very clean, and the food is exceptional! It’s not to expensive, and very friendly on your wallet. You can have a meal for two for under $40. I rate it highly!
