Thai Flame crashed and burned on Mother’s Day. We booked a week in advance. It was our 3rd Mother’s Day visit but by far the worst. This year as admitted by one of their own team they accepted too many customers and could not cope. Now fair enough but this impacted on many customers through slow and very poor service. When we asked for some action we got lots of sorry’s but no action. We advised we had a 2 yr old hence our 6.30 booking. Going on previous times we would be home by 8pm. Wrong. Try 9.45. Not only was the manger incapable of helping us to a fair solution for our enduring such a crap effort by her team. She was uninterested and unwilling to ensure a regular customer was satisfied. A result of this inability to provide any satisfactory outcome Thai Flame has lost any future custom from not only ourselves but all of those who joined us and anyone else we can tell. Never have we experienced such a rude owner/manager. Shame on you Mrs Lim.

Great food. Great service. Great prices. Had a work do here. It was great.

Our first visit to this restaurant as we love Thailand and Thai food. Unfortunately it seems the ideal place for large groups so it was extremely noisy. There were only 4 of us and we struggled at times to make ourselves heard across the table as seemed to be sandwiched between 2 large groups. Perhaps the staff should give a bit of thought to table layout and keep the bigger groups in one area so that people like ourselves are in a quieter area. The food was good although one of our party was disappointed in her sweet and sour prawns, however, the rest of us enjoyed ours, the lamb curry was excellent, the jungle curry perhaps a little too spicy hot but all in all we enjoyed it. We would not recommend the place for small groups such as ourselves simply because of the noise and for that reason only we would not go back…..

Dined there 27th Dec 2011 with a family of nine adults, one child and one infant. A very pleasant evening with wonderful Thai food. Excellent quick service from friendly staff. Food turnover was fast, despite a very busy night. Good fair food portions for the price. Wonderful all round, definitely be back.

Fantastic Thai food. The banquet is superb , especially for a large group and is also great value for money. Staff keep bringing food and are very friendly! Always been consistently good here so I will keep going.

Been there twice – once on a family members bday where we were not blown away with the experience. The portion size was just acceptable and the flavours not that outstanding.

A second visit was in a big group event where I was happy with the portion size and flavour of a spicy tofu stir fry.

Pretty good overall and a great selection. Lots of room for groups. Happy to go back

We were happy with the food but what killed it for us was the customer service. There were things added to the bill that we did not order and the drinks ordered had double shots instead of single without us knowing. We tried telling the person on the till that we did not order double shot drinks but the person did not care and said that double was the standard size. Not going back again!!!

Perfect in every way service, atmosphere and more importantly food. Even though I’m not a fan of Thai food I enjoyed the meal.

Good food at fair prices. The venue is nice. However always check the bill. Every time we’ve been there an additional rice dish or drink or 2 have appeared on the bill.
Otherwise I’ve never had a bad meal here!

The night was fantastic. The service was awesome, the staff were friendly & so helpful. The banquet was just great. Food tasted fantastic & there was plenty of it. The atmosphere was a very relaxing & welcoming. We all had a great night. Thanks so much.

Nice decor, loved it. But I cannot rate it high like others. We ordered Tofu as appetizer and Tom Kar Soup, Jungle Curry, Peanut Wok. Flashy tofu and ‘fridge flavored’ peanut wok beef made us disappointed and decided not order any desserts which we normally order at other Thai restaurant.
Sorry but might not be back.

I really liked the decor and the Tom Yum Soup.My friend really enjoyed the Green Curry and the chicken peanut curry and it is his favourite restaurant.

The best Pad Thai in the area and impeccable service. It pays to have a reservation prior to going. Overall a very enjoyable experience.
