Came in today to try the menu…. Outstanding!! Good variety with a little bit of everything on there. We had the ceaser salad and the vege pizza both exceeded expectations! The homemade base on the pizza is fifty times better. Well done two fat cows, yous have really stepped it up a notch!

twice now in the last few weeks my partner and I have had dinner her and it has been BEAUTIFUL!!! Last night I had the pan fried fish it was fresh and tasty, the new chef is doing a great job. Well done.

Went for dinner. Sat down and waited for over 30 minutes for anyone to come to the table.

My friends and I said, no thanks, waited long enough. Got up and left.

Manager (owner?) more interested in drinking with his mates and the locals and propping up the bar than serving customers.

What are the legal issues around duty managers drinking on the job?

Would not go here again and definitely would not recommend.

Pretty underwhelming. Went here for lunch and got the greesy deep fried fritters. I would come back for a beer….but not for a meal.

Bar was very quiet when we had dinner with a group for a fair well. Food ok but expensive for what it was. Service ok at best, manager appeared to be more interested drink his coffee then serving the two tables in the bar. The waitress really tried her best and was very friendly.

well i have eaten here before & the food was devine, unfortunately they have changed the menu & the food is no longer devine, the chicken dish was nearly $30 & was dry & gristly plonked on lumpy dry mashed potatoes & rubbery roast vegies, the staff were friendly but the food was crap

Good service, food was delicious…would’ve ordered dessert/special coffees but when the loud karioke started, we were kind’ve forgotten. Ended up buying dessert at the nearest petrol station. Was a good night.

Visted last weekend to have dinner with family members. The service was good but the food was a different story. When paying between $25.00 $30.00 for a main I did not expect the chicken to be burn’t and so dry. The chicken would of been better if it had some sort of sauce on it instead of salsa which I would say was out of a tin.(Mango) Now to the other mains. Pork rack to me should have been like a lamb rack with several chops but no you got one chop boiled broccoli again no sauce afew roasted potatoes and carrots. At least with the fish a sauce but that was quite tarty or bitter not sure how to rate that one. I think I could have cooked better at home.On that note would I go back I don’t think so unless their meals improved greatly. That was our first and sadly may be our last. Keen to read other reviews on the same restaurant

service with no smile, rude waitress, food had to wait just under 2 hours, meals sent back as cold and under cooked, we have tried this place before but wanted to go back to give them a third chance..not likely until they change ownership

The manager is arrogant and spends all his time being drunk and rude to the patrons

Me and my family went here thinking we’d have a lovely meal,no one would serve us.no one would even look at us let alone ask if we needed a menu since there were none at the tables.All looked to interested in drunkin conversations with the locals.pathethic place and wouldnt even recommend taking my dog there for a meal.

Good quiz night

It was the first time we went to this restaurant,we always thought it was just a pub. We didn’t make a booking but were able to eat there after the nice waiter had a chat to the chef. The atmosphere was great, food great and the service? The best we have experienced in ages. Will definitely go back.

We live locally and have been to this restaurant several times. We enjoy food and have always had a great meal here. The service is fantastic and we usually get a good bite from the waitress/s. We have fun and will continue to dine here plus we often recommend Two Fat Cows to friends and other people

We have been there a few times but the most recent I had a feeling it had changed owners as the menu had changed a lot and the food was just not up to the standard we had seen in the past. Will not be back.

went on saturday night with a friend sevice could of been better might of had something to do with age of waitress (quite young) also was packed as the All Blacks vs England was on gorgeous meal was so devine would definitely recommend!
