We ate lunch at valentines on Lincoln road and it was the worst meal I’ve ever had! there was no variety and the food tasted very old, The service was average as well. The Lincoln road valentines should take advice from the north shore one cos that is very good.

So disappointed.Have not been to Valentine for 10 years.The place is nice and tidy. Bu the food are less.Not much to choose.The cold meat only show a plate of Ham and Luncheon.No salami of any kind. Seafood?What seafood are we talk about.The only visit Valentine for Seafood. What we see is a small portion of Oysters(not fresh),no cold prawns or Mus sell.Hot meal is less impressive. The Cheese section even worst. No section there. Deserts not much.small cake overwhelm with gelatin is rubbery and sweet. But Best of All is Pavlova and Coffee from Automatic Machine.
Price? 31.90 for dinner. is it worth it?

What a total let down 
I had heard things had gone bad at Valentines and I was so shocked. Dirty, old, tired and awful food. 20 years ago they were great… I was a big fan…. but not anymore. Everything tasted off. The selection was very poor…. Cheap and nasty. The only thing that was worth eating was the brandy snaps… hence they get 1 star. Never Never Again… Boo Hissss

What a wonderful experience we had this time dinning at valentines on lincoln road, the last time we went we ordered cocktails and they came in the coca cola glasses and the service was really slack by the time we nearly finished eating out drinks came.. So it was a pleasant surprise to walk into a clean restaurant with really friendly staff and beautiful food and fancy drinks that werent in coke glasses.. A+++

just want to say a BIG THANKU to the staff and the manager of lincoln road valentine for making me and my family feel very very special on christmas day.Thank you once again the food was very beautiful and dessert soooo nice.definetly will be back again……

Valentines have slipped in the last 12 months or so. REALLY REALLY slipped.

Visited on 9th Jan 2010. The service was excellent and the food was brilliant! Two days before hand we dined at Cobb and Co Western springs and were disappointed to say the least! This place absolutely blew them off the scale in comparison! Thank you very much for giving us back a little faith in restaurants
