The hospitality, food and drink were fantastic. I am visiting from Sydney Australia and my mother and I highly recommend it!! Great value for money. We had the chicken for main and strawberry shortcake for dessert and the plates were clean! The guys that work there were extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely go there

As soon as we arrived the service was impeccable, we were waited on quickly and our food and drinks were supplied in perfect time… the food is to DIE FOR!!! the only negative on the night was the loud ambiance but other than that i rate 10 /10 and we will most definitely be back!!! On a girls weekend to Wairarapa my friend and I decided to book a place for dinner in advance. We booked at Wairarapa Trading because of good reviews it had received on the net. The staff were most attentive and exceeded our expectations and the food was very good. The atmosphere and crowd of people drawn to this place was very welcoming and it was a very pleasurable experience. Thank you to our lovely waitress and Blair for making us feel most welcome at Wairarapa Trading Co.

We went there for a staff function, a large group of 33. We were impressed by the excellent, efficient and friendly service. Meals all came out at the same time and were excellent. A really nice environment and atmosphere. Thanks to Blair and the team. Will happily go back and definitely reccommend.

From the moment you enter you get a good vibe. The exterior looks great and the decor is fantastic. My partner and I used a deal voucher to try this restaurant out. We bought the Burgers and wine deal and we weren’t let down. Burgers came out..not only were they huge, they were really tasty! What really hit it out of the park was the house wine, we’ve been to a lot restaurants in our time and the house stuff would be average at best..(common knowledge) but the Sauv and Pinot Gris we ordered was so good. All in all we left the place with a smile on our dial. Great food, Yummy wine and impeccable service, thanks Blair:D We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Masterton. Recommend to all!! Looking forward to the next deal!

We used a deal voucher to try this restaurant out and were very impressed with the food and the service. I was really impressed with the wine list, nice to see all local wines! Due to the nature of the vouchers we could only try the burgers, but with home made buns, and patties, and imaginative inclusions (oh my… the onion rings in the beef burgers!) we were very satisfied with the food. The rest of the menu looks great and we’ll be heading back to what could well become our “local” to try it out soon!
