I went to this cafe after getting off a ferry from paihia, the food was very nice, also the customer service was good, i ordered a big breakfast and also had a flat white. the wait for the food at and coffee was very short, i would definitely go back there again.

Came up for holiday, this is the worst coffee ive ever had. The food was just awful, undercooked bacon and toast, dubious smelling sausages, slopped onto a plate,this is called the big breakfast. My wife had French Toast then had a stomach bug most of our holiday. The kitchen looked very dirty and the staff were smoking in the courtyard and going straight back to work with out washing their hands. The staff member on the till was a grumpy looking blonde with no customer skills and was quite rude to us. I certainly wouldnt reccommend this cafe to anybody.
