Counter service are generally friendly. My issue is with the one person who seems to be assembling all the bagels during lunch hour. This creates what I feel to be an unnecessary delay. Reallocate staff to this area, or get more staff.
Atmosphere – there are also screaming children here every time I come. A good family type place to dine in, but not quiet.
Pizza – was looking forward to trying this. Unfortunately there was no pepperoni whatsoever on my New Yorker (which is meant to have double pepperoni). If I wasn’t with colleagues I would have complained.

I mean – nearly 9 dollars for a Pilgrim. I used to go regularly but only very occasionally now. Just cannot justify paying that much for a bit of boiled bread,ham/bacon,tomato and squirt of mayo !
