this was the worst dining experience i have ever had. it was so cold there, that we had to keep our puffer jackets on the whole time! they did not have hardly anything in stock that was on their drinks menu. and when we did finally get a glass of wine and beer it was warm… yum… we had to ask for water and glasses also. the food was absolutely terrible, everything was absolutely soaking in oil, and deep fried prawns were just shrimp put in batter and thrown in a deep frier. after debating whether to get the ‘lamb dry pot’ or the ‘lamb hot pot’ (as the staff could not tell me what this actually was) i decided on the hot pot and it came out with a fully blazing camping style gas cooker??? what the…! health and safety anyone?? the bubbling, boiling dish of unknown was was full of bones and gristle and fat – i struggled to find any actual meat at all! i will never go back here. and although we were going for the ‘Chinese’ experience and food, it wouldn’t hurt the staff to speak at least a sentence of English. they could not even answer us when we asked what was in particular dishes. very very disappointing. what if we had food allergies?

16 of us went here on satruday night for a birthday dinner, there was us and only one other table. we had to ask for them to give us glasses to go with our wine and glasses for water- they took 30minutes to deliver these. The toilets were absolutely discusting and dirty, and the food was extremely average. the worst thing that happened was they made us pay for food we hadnt ordered! we were having a 15minute argument with the duty manager because they insisted we had ordered it when we hadn’t – any other duty manager would say oh im sorry we will take it back. Awful service very cold people who were very slow at delivering our water, and food. none of us will ever go back again.
