Yep 5 stars and totally worth every one of em! This place is fantastic. great coffee, excellent food and fantastic service in a relaxed setting. I have been here maybe a dozen times over the last few years and have never found anything to complain about. Love it.

This place has to have the BEST coffee, and the best service in Rotorua. After spending the day mountain biking in the Redwood forest, we always stop in at Zippys. I having been travelling to Rotorua at least once a month for about 9 years, and there are other places I have tried, but none match the Zippys experience. Great food too, lots of it, and at a reasonable price. Sorry I don’t know their names (I should by now!) but the blonde lady who makes the coffee, and the “DUUUDE” with the tattoos who serves us are AWESOME!!
