Place looked appealing enough. Breakfast was nothing special. Coffee service slow.staff looked like they were all in state of bereavement. No welcoming smiles from any staff. Very disappointed.

This was one of the best and most memorable meals I have ever had. We arrived to a full restaurant (on a Monday night) and although we hadn’t made reservations were seated immediately. Service was courteous and fast (meal was served within 20 minutes of arrival) Our meals were divine, in taste, presentation and quality. I had the steak with vegetables and it was infused with wonderful complimentary flavours. The bottle of “house red’ we purchased was from Central Otago and matched the meal perfectly. Cannot rate this restaurant highly enough and we will be back for sure.

What a lovely place, the breakfast that I had was one of the nicest ever. The girl serving on the counter was lovely and the coffee arrived in record time just how I like it. Will definitely be back

One of my worst lunch experiences ever. They were very busy, probably because of the $10 lunch special. I asked for a single shot coffee but the one I got was so strong you couldn’t drink it. The girl slopped it all on the saucer and didn’t say a word. The cheese rolls we ordered were burnt on the top. The muffin that I got was dry and tasteless. I won’t be back

One of the worst places I ever been to, the cafe itself was warm and appealing but the food was terrible. My cheesecake looked and tasted like it had been in the cabinet for days. I waited for 20 minutes for a coffee despite the place being nearly empty. The staff looked like they wanted to be somewhere else.

Visited on a very busy Sunday. It was really noisy and crowded. The soup was great but the beef burger was bland and unappealing. I never ended up getting my coffee that I had paid for and decided not to even bother asking, I won’t be back.
