Really nice place for a cold beer late at night, nice to see such a great venue actually open into the wee hours during the week. Also good to see a bar with out poker machines!! The snack menu is also very nice and unlike most bars in town actually available into the wee hours. We have made a habit of popping in for a late night drink or two. The wee bald man who runs around the customers all excited like Tattoo on Fantasy Island is classic, ” The plane ,, The plane !! ” is classic and takes it upon himself to make everyone feel like a first class passenger on his personal cruse ship. Seriously the friendliest bar in town, every one who works there is genuinely happy to see you, will be back again !!

Pretty terrible. I got the vegetarian noodle with tofu and fresh vegetables. What a rip off. I got three small pieces of tofu in total, a piece of broccoli, a couple of bits of onion, and that was it. The rest was all noodles. I could have bought noodles for 89c from pak n save! Never going there again.

One positive aspect – the food was great! Unfortunately the service let this place down. Apart from being served by 3 different waitressing staff, they had limited knowledge of the menu and ingredients. One staff attempted to guess what ingredients were in a particular dish before I asked her to find out. Another didnt know if a dish had dairy products in it. After asking if there were any specials, we discovered there was infact soup which wasnt written on the menu (once we had ordered). Three items on the menu were not available, but we werent told until the waitress returned to inform us. I would have thought being a potentially busy night for Mothers Day they would have ensured all stock was available. To top if off – if we wanted to choose another flavour of gelato (as the menu option wasnt available) we had to walk over to the shop ourselves and find out! In the end we all declined ordering desserts. A nice touch provided a free muffin for Mothers Day to the Mums which was delicious, shame this wasnt also provided as an option when we were considering desserts. Overall, very disappointed but the tasty food saved the day and will give it one more chance with the hope service has improved.

Awesome food, always delivers – great chinese and the best fish and chips in town. The buffet has lots of options and they are very tasty too. Lots of chefs cooking but very popular, so best to phone order first or the wait can be a bit long.

The 4 Golden Girls had a wonderful lunch there today. Excellent service and the price for lunch extremely reasonable. Highly recommended as I had already had a dinner there for my grandsons 21st. Loved the beef, the duck, and the chicken fried rice. Mmmm. Staff very accommodating. All have said would definitely come again.

We had heard a lot about this place and thought we’d give it a try. The restaurant was bright and clean. I had a platter of fried vegetable dumplings while my husband had a seafood meal. The portions were huge. We had asked for my husband’s meal to be made spicy, and it was, with lots of chillies thrown in. There was enough in one serving for two people, and it all tasted amazing. This is definitely a place I would like to return to, as there were many other delicious looking items on the menu that I would love to try.

We went here for dinner on a Thursday night after having heard a lot of positive reviews from friends. The place was packed, and we got the last table for two. Despite being so busy, the waitress was extremely friendly and gave us good advice on what to select. I had a tofu meal while my husband had a fish dish. The food was delicious and the servings were very reasonable, as was the price. There was a birthday party happening at one of the tables and the whole restaurant sang ‘Happy Birthday’, which was quite nice. What with the extremely positive atmosphere of both the staff and the diners, and the great food, it made for a very enjoyable evening. Definitely worth coming back!
