Got a voucher from Grabone for a turkish banquet. The day we bought the voucher we were turned down on it despite the conditions of use saying we were allowed to use it. The next day we went, and were further disappointed by the violation of the grabone voucher. The choices for the mains were iskander or doner kebab, but when my girlfriend went to order a doner kebab main she was referred to the cheaper ‘wrap’ option and told that this was what the voucher meant. We even double checked the grabone site when we got home and the doner kebab main was definitely an option. Further to this, only 1 turkish delight dessert was brought over when the voucher clearly stated that 2 desserts were redeemable. The food overall was decent, but really let down by very poor customer service and enforcement of the Grabone conditions.
