Just got home and had to tell some one! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Service was fast, even with a larger party next to us. The food was absolutely fantastic, everything was delicious. The dark chocolate brownie is the best I’ve ever had. Cannot stress enough how great our dining experience was!

Hi Guys My wife and I (from UK) were visiting New Zealand for the first time April / May 2012, and were fortunate to stop in for Coffee and Pies, on our way up to Nelson and then Picton for Ferry to N.Isle What a great establishment you have created during the last year, such a wonderful welcoming frontage, such a comfortable interior, most of all great food. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality, hope to visit NZ again, and renew our acquaintance with Flat Rock Cafe. We both fell in love with the South Island. Gil and Pauline Ben-Ari
