Atrocious service!! I met with the owners to organise catering for an event for over 500 people, they said they no problem but never confirmed for 4 weeks while I chased them up for confirmation. Never returned phone calls, or called back when they said they would. They finally gave some lame excuse they couldnt do it a week out from our event, leaving us to scramble to find alternatives.. very unprofessional! Do not deal with these guys if you dont want to be given the run around, complete waste of time! “Simply the Worst” more like it.

Worst service ever! !! Customers beware ! Served by a short old lady who yelled and abused me infront of other customers. I ordered 1 scoop + fish. After paying I asked if she could please put chicken o lemon salt on the chips. The old lady proceeded to yell at me for not asking her sooner? I went home to eat my meal only to find she hadn’t put any salt on the chips. All of that abuse and embarrasment for nothing. I rang the store to complain to the manager only to have the old woman jump on the phone and abuse me further… this service is appaulling !!! She should not be working in customer service if she cant deal with customers in a polite professional manner.

these guys have been there for years and if you’re a local its a staple, friendly atmosphere, character, oh and you cant go past the jumbo burger, typical of a takeaways, but Massive! its a must.

This little sushi shop rocks. Fresh, quality sushi, great range and not just rice fodder like most of the more commercial ones. All at value for money prices. There is usually some queuing involved here, especially around lunch time, but it is definitely worth the wait. Oh yes, and there is not much seating either except for a tiny window bar, so I usuallly just grab a box and sit by the trees across the road.

On March 16 I bought 3 doz Bluff oysters as a once a year birthday treat for a friend. We did it last year too and the oysters were great. We love and know our Bluff oysters and willing to pay $31 for a dozen. What we got were NOT Bluff oysters. We got white, bland, tasteless blobs of batter. What a disappointment!! I went back to them to get an explanation. They were adamant they were Bluff oysters and not the cheaper Pacific ones. They refused to offer any explanation and said they got their oysters from an independent supplier. Towards the end of the conversation the manager was clearly uncomfortable, but refused to acknowledge any possibility that a mistake could have been made. We will never go back there…ever. Buyer beware!!!
