went on saturday for our first visit…..i liked the look of the place , although thought that some booths or quiet more romantic areas would go down a treat….the service was soooooooooooooo slow….we had overheard the waitress apologising to another group so when she came to us we asked what sort of waiting time? as we were going to a function, she said oh not its ok now…..but it wasn;t…..took about 2hrs for our meal, no entree no dessert!!! My hubby got a lamb salad, and it literally had 6 small peices of lamb, and a huge pile of lettuce,he was unimpressed.I had steak, it was fine, not lovely just avergagely fine ! we told the waitress when she asked how our meals were that the lamb in the salad was disappointing, she said she would pass that onto the chef.Its not good enough, we as customers are paying good money to dine out.I am unsure if we would return.

dined here a few saturdays ago…..service way too slow……drinks took ages to come…..waiting staff great and the food was fabulous, but maybe they need more staff to cope with a saturday night.

my family and i went here this past weekend.We have been a few times before.This time the service was very poor we got served by a young guy that had the personality of a dish cloth.They weren’t that busy but it took too long.My toasted sanwich was burnt i sent it back…whilst mine was back being cooked correctly hubbys turned up (approx 7 mins after i had returned mine) so we would have waited a while to eat together,his was a plate of MUSH he got a big breakfast and it looked disgusting,the tomatoes loked like tinned tomatoes and were all together with the mushrooms, it really was horrible.All this time no coffees so i asked can you look into whats happened to our coffees??? they eventually came out with no apologies.Very very poor and we will not go there again……places need to keep high standards.
