Went here on a Saturday night with 2 Groupy vouchers to celebrate a special day, but ended up upset and disappointed. We were the only patrons during that time. The guy in the bar is also the cook, and not sure if he is the manager too. We can’t complain about the Platters and drinks that we ordered, but that guy was sooooo rude!!!

We asked what time they are closing and he just answered “whenever”. So, on a Saturday night at 11.00pm we just decided to leave, cause you can see in him he wants us to leave.

The worse part was they did not honour what was advertised in the Groupy voucher, which was $23 for a $60 value (2 drinks and 1 platter). The guy just looked at the amount I paid and made me pay for the rest. I tried to explain to him what the voucher means, but just shut me off.

We just left cause we can sense the guy is not really listening and is clearly agitated.

I told Groupy about what happened and they just told me that they can’t do anything about it cause even to them, this Relax Bar has not answered any of their communications. They did refund one of voucher saying its a sign of “good will”

So, very disappointed with this bar and Groupy’s customer service. =C

Even though they are only found in the food court of Westfield Mall in Glenfield (or other Westfield Mall), their food does not taste fastfood!

They serve good quality and very taste Japanese cuisine.

highly recommended is their beef and shrimp combo! A bit pricey for fastfood, but definitely worth it!

I love their Yam Cha! We come here once or twice a month.

Their Pork Shu mai is to die for. It is the best Shumai I’ve ever eaten, compared to other Yam Cha in Auckland.

Their pork shu mai Shrimp on a Toast are my favourite.

We will definitely come back!

I am a dessert person, and I adore their dessert menu!

We usually come here only on special occasions, but every time we do, it is never disappointing!

what happened to Slipp Inn? Why the negative feedbacks?

When we visited this place last year, we had a blast! The platter and drinks we ordered were spot on. There was a band playing and we danced the whole night away.

I hope you make things right again, cause its sad to loose a good place to hang out in, especially on the Shore.

First time to be here and they have good food and drinks, just right with the price.

The only negative thing that I would say is the location of “stage” or area where the band is performing. Definitely you can hear the band from the back of the room we were sitting on the booths in front of the bar, but, it would be nicer if we could also see them.

A friend recommended this place. She didn’t say much but, she just said it is an Italian resto and the food really taste good! So, my friends and I went there, ordered 3 pasta dishes and a pizza. Our verdict — 4 stars!

Alfredo’s is a nice little restaurant with good food, cozy atmosphere and lovey, very lovely owners and staff.

Their pizza definitely doesn’t taste like the “Dom****” and “Pizza***”. If you want a break from these type of pizza, then go straight to Alfredo’s!

It is hard to get good pasta dishes on the Shore, and this one is a keeper!

My friends and I would definitely come back!
