An old marketing adage. 96% of customers don’t complain about poor service – they just don’t come back. Nishiki need to learn this basic rule. I struggled to discuss a basic booking inquiry with their female duty manager. After acknowledging me, in the middle of the discussion, she interrupted me to attend to their desk computer on an evidently unrelated matter. I carried on when she was ready to listen only to interrupt me again to attend to a customer just entered behind me. Asking to view a menu, I was advised to “check their website” Appalling lack of service. Without customers there is no company !
Great food and service ! Ordered a banquet for 4 as a takeaway for a dinner party and was delighted with the quality and quantity of the food. It was ready on time and way too much for 4 people and great value.Highly recommended and very friendly staff.
