Elza, I can imagine the pain you went through. How unprofessional of them to do that to you especially in front of all there customers. I wrote a bad review about the service and food when me and a group of workmates went there for lunch for the very first time and within a couple of days they must of told all there so call loyal customers that have been going to Scotts since it first open up to basically reply to my valuable comments that i wrote. I was very suspicious considering they had hardly any reviews written within weeks and all of a sudden , a floor of reviews were posted.Very suspicious i say.Makes me wonder if the people replying and writing the reviews were actually the owners themselves or staff writing it. They seriously need to wake up and take note that they don’t make the best coffees in town and they saying its an award winning cafe….Seriously they won the award once,what like 2 maybe 3 years ago and they still go on about it. If its an award winning cafe…it should be constant and if they think they are that good…how come they didn’t win 2011, and 2012 best cafe. For those so call loyal customers….stop being bias cos if they make the best coffees i would hear about it and all i have heard and experience there is not good.
